Competitive prices
The exchange rate works in favour of the foreign buyer: the same capital buys more square metres than elsewhere in the region.
Strong appreciation
Established tourist destinations show sustained appreciation, especially where the supply of land is limited.
An international destination
Argentina is aspirational for travellers worldwide, and that keeps short-term rental demand steady all year.
Buy low, add the value and sell.
Not every investment is buy and wait. Flipping is won at the purchase and in the building work, not over time: a well-located property in poor condition, bought below market and renovated with judgement. We handle all four stages, and you follow them from your own country.
The opportunity, before anyone else
We hunt for properties with potential: good location, poor condition, and a price that doesn't reflect what they could be worth. We only bring you the ones where the numbers work, with the renovation budget already estimated.
The curve is illustrative: it shows where the margin is created, not a promised return.
The same purchase, with half the road already covered.
What changes isn't the price of the property: it's how long it takes, how many people you have to deal with and when you find out what it really costs.

Your way into Argentina
Some people are looking for a house. Others are looking for a place in the world. Alejandra Nicótera works with the second kind.
With more than fifteen years behind her at RE/MAX Argentina, she built her career walking people through one of the most important moments of their lives: deciding where to live. That road took her across the country end to end, and taught her that every buyer has a different story behind the search.
Today she puts all of that experience at the service of one particular group: foreigners, tourists and travellers with an adventurous streak who dream of settling down, investing, or simply falling in love with a corner of Argentina. She knows that arriving from another country means facing a different language, unfamiliar paperwork and a thousand unanswered questions — and that is why she created this space, designed to make every step of the way simpler.
With warmth, professionalism and a deep knowledge of the local market, Alejandra turns the search for a property into the beginning of a new chapter. Because finding a home in Argentina can be every bit as thrilling as the destination that brought you here.

The things nobody dares to ask.
These are the real doubts that stop people from getting in touch. If yours isn't here, message us: we'll answer just the same.
I have another questionYes. You don't need to be a resident or a citizen to buy most properties in the country. There are specific exceptions in border zones and for large rural estates, which we check before moving ahead. From day one we tell you whether the property you like carries any restriction.
You don't need residency or an Argentine ID. You do need a tax identification number (CDI) in order to sign the deed, and we handle that with the notary. It's an administrative step, not a relocation.
It isn't mandatory. You can operate through a power of attorney granted to a trusted representative and sign remotely. We always lay out both options: some clients prefer to come and sign in person and see the place, and we organise that trip.
Through formal, documented channels, with the notary present at the moment of payment. Before a single dollar moves we explain the full route of the money, who receives it and what receipt backs it. Nothing is ever paid against a verbal promise.
Beyond the price there are stamp duties, notary fees, registration costs and transaction fees. They vary by province and amount. We give you the complete estimate before you decide, so you know the total cost and not just the listing price.
It depends on how long the search takes, which is the most variable part. Once the property is chosen, the legal work and the deed follow tight, predictable timelines. In the first conversation we give you a realistic range for your case, not a number to close a sale.
Yes, and it's what most of our clients do. We connect you with local managers who handle short-term rentals, maintenance and reporting, so the property works while you're away.
With a defined scheme, in writing, before we start. The first consultation is free and there are no hidden costs: you know what we charge, when and why, from the first conversation.
Tell us what you're looking for and we'll continue on WhatsApp.
